# Cron 式ジェネレーター

Cron 式はスペースで区切られた5つのフィールドからなる文字列で、スケジュールを表します。各フィールドは時間の単位（分、時、日、月、曜日）を指定します。Cron 式は Unix 系システムの cron デーモンがコマンドやスクリプトを固定の時刻、日付、または間隔で定期的に実行するために使用されます。
